# Mitarbeiter hat Unfall

Ihr Mitarbeiter hat einen Unfall und fällt für längere Zeit aus. Nach der versicherten Wartefrist erhalten Sie 80 % seines Lohnes von der Versicherung bezahlt. Auf dieser Auszahlung werden dem Mitarbeiter keine Sozialleistungen abgezogen. Die Definition der Lohnart sieht wie folgt aus:

Die Felder "AHV-pflichtig" und "UV-pflichtig" sind **inaktiv** und als Kompensations-Lohnart wird die Lohnart "2050 Korrektur Taggeld" gewählt. Bei der nächsten Lohnabrechnung wird nun der Betrag, den die Versicherung Ihnen rückvergütet mit der Lohnart "**Unfall-Taggeld**" eingegeben. Comatic fügt automatisch die Kompensations-Lohnart ein.

Die Lohnart "**2051 Nettolohnausgleich**" muss auf die Lohnabrechnung, sobald das Taggeld auf die Lohnabrechnung kommt. **Der Nettolohnausgleich ist die Differenz zwischen dem Auszahlungsbetrag vor und nach dem Auszahlen vom Taggeld**.
